hmm, I just checked the budget and we did not plan for a research assistant to help find existing open resources.. we would have to use some of the hours allocated to you if we went down this route... here's what I have in 5 minutes:
1. Introduction to Mind Your Own Business
2. A comparison of accounting software
3. Installing MYOB demo movie
4. Creating a sales invoice - item

I haven't viewed the movies, and there are a few more in Youtube, bound to be more in coming months, and many more on other video sharing sites...
